Your session begins with a virtual mobility assessment. We will review your baseline functional movement and then review your results together. Once your assessment and review is complete, we’ll discuss your goals and how to approach your health and fitness to achieve your goals, combining your past history and what we can immediately gather from your virtual assessment. Session duration is 45 minutes in length.

1 x Virtual Personal Training Session

Your goals will be discussed in advance. Your trainer will program 50 minutes of fitness tailored to your goals, considering your fitness experience, history of injury, equipment available and more. Your session can be focused on anything! Need a butt kicking? Want to review a technique or skill? Looking to stretch and chill out? All things are a go, after all it is personal training, designed just for you!

1 x In-person Mobility Assessment

Your session begins with an in-person mobility assessment. We will review your baseline functional movement and then review your results together. Once your assessment and review is complete, we’ll discuss your goals and how to approach your health and fitness to achieve your goals, combining your past history and what we can immediately gather from your assessment. Session duration is 60 minutes in length.

1 x In-Person Intro to Personal Training w/Jenna

Your first session begins with an in-person mobility assessment. We will review your baseline functional movement, and your results together. We take the data and consultation information from your first session to create a mini-plan for your next two sessions. Sessions will be tailored around your long or short term goals which you and your trainer will choose together. All 3 sessions will be booked based on trainer and athlete availability.

$120 or more

1 x 1 month of take-home Sport Specific Programmin

Receive a 30 day program for strength, run or cycle. Your program will include a discussion with your assigned coach (30 minutes) and will be sent electronically. Your take-home program will be administered virtually on Training Peaks (Run or Cycle) or electronically for all strength and powerlifting programs. Your program will be tailored to your goals, considering your fitness experience, history of injury, equipment available and more.
